ClearPaperwork provides free-to-use, browser-based tools for creating estimates, invoices, receipts, and cash receipts. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our website and document generators.
1. Browser-Based Generator Processing
ClearPaperwork does not require user accounts and does not intentionally collect or store the custom business, client, pricing, line item, payment, or notes information you type into the generators. The generator fields are designed to run locally in your browser so the page can create a live preview and print-ready document.
Because the tools run in your browser, you remain responsible for reviewing, saving, printing, or deleting your own generated documents. ClearPaperwork does not maintain a document dashboard, login account, or server-side invoice database for these entries.
2. Standard Website and Technical Data
Like most websites, ClearPaperwork and its hosting, security, analytics, or advertising partners may process limited technical information when pages load. This may include IP address, browser type, device information, page URL, referral source, approximate region, time of visit, and similar usage data used for security, troubleshooting, performance, analytics, and advertising operations.
This standard technical data is separate from the custom document details you type into the generator fields.
3. Cookies, Advertising, and Google AdSense
ClearPaperwork may use cookies, local storage, pixels, web beacons, or similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, fraud prevention, performance measurement, and advertising. To keep the tools free to use, ClearPaperwork may display ads through third-party advertising services, including Google AdSense, if and when ads are active on the site.

ClearPaperwork is intended for business, administrative, and educational use. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly request information from children.
