Corrections Policy

A clear path for reporting and documenting factual or technical errors.

ClearPaperwork welcomes specific, good-faith reports of factual mistakes, broken links, accessibility barriers, and reproducible tool problems.

How To Report A Correction

Email support@clearpaperwork.com with the subject line Correction request. Include the page URL, the exact wording or behavior in question, and an official source or reproducible steps when available.

What Happens Next

  1. The report is checked against the current page or tool.
  2. Technical issues are reproduced in the relevant browser or workflow when possible.
  3. Factual claims are compared with a primary or official source.
  4. Verified errors are corrected without preserving misleading wording merely for search visibility.
  5. A substantive correction updates the visible page date, structured data, sitemap date, and public changelog when appropriate.

Response Timing

Reports are reviewed as workload permits. ClearPaperwork does not guarantee an acknowledgment or resolution within a fixed number of hours or days. Clear evidence and issues that could materially mislead a user receive priority.

What Is Not A Correction

Requests for paid links, manufactured reviews, keyword changes without user benefit, personal tax or legal advice, or removal of accurate criticism are not correction requests.
